Sign in to Supabase and pick your project. You see everything Cockpitify will add before you approve it: a small, isolated ops layer. Your own tables are only read.
Add revenue and services
Paste a RevenueCat key and the API keys of the services you pay for. Keys are kept in your project’s Vault, not with us.

What is Cockpitify?
A mobile admin console for app makers, from solo developers to small teams. It shows who your users are, what they pay, what they cost you in AI and services, and tells you the moment something changes. It connects to Supabase today; your own Postgres, Firebase and AWS are next.
What does it install in my Supabase project?
An isolated ops schema with its own tables, functions and triggers, two Edge Functions and a few scheduled jobs. Your own tables and the auth schema are only read. You see the full list before approving, Repair reinstalls it, and Remove deletes it.
Do you store my users’ data?
No. Your users’ records stay in your project, and the app reads them from there directly. Our backend keeps your account, the address of each app’s ops layer and notification metadata such as when and how many pushes went out. A user’s display name passes through it only to deliver a notification and isn’t stored.
How is AI cost per user measured?
Wrap your AI client with the Cockpitify SDK. Each call is recorded in your own project with the user and its cost, priced from a maintained list of around 200 models.
Does it work without Supabase?
Today Cockpitify connects to Supabase. Your own Postgres, Firebase and AWS are next; in the app you can ask to be told when the one you use is ready.
Can I get alerts in Slack or Discord?
Yes, on Pro and Team. Add a webhook to an app and Cockpitify posts new users, purchases, low balances, AI limit alerts and more to a Slack or Discord channel, or as signed JSON to your own server. You pick the events for each one.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers one app with instant notifications, users, KPIs and three services. Pro and Team add margin, profit, analytics and more.
Can my team use it?
Yes, on the Team plan: invite up to five people and choose per app and area what each of them can see and change.
When can I download it?
Cockpitify is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
